01What I built

Elo Solutions is the name I ship client and product work under. The site is a marketing page for a studio of one: what I build (custom apps, AI features, crypto and web3, 0-to-1 products), how I work (spec, plan, build with agents, verify), and a work section that links to the case studies on this portfolio. First version May 2026; rewritten in September 2026 to match the positioning here and to replace the placeholder founder details the design prototype shipped with. It also holds the scoped Hearth mock used for the anonymised case study, since the real product cannot be shown.

02What I learned

A studio site is a positioning exercise. The first version said "boutique AI and software studio" and "principal engineer," which is not what I am. The second says a founder who directs AI to ship production software and evaluates by outcomes. Saying it plainly is the whole job of the page.

03Built with AI

Designed and built with Claude Code and the frontend-design skill; the September refresh was scoped to the hero and work grid only, so the agent could not restructure the site while fixing the copy.
